JOB descriptionFunction: SI-IC sales engineer and project managerMain task:The SI sales engineer and project manager is in charge of SI-IC sales and SI new project development in MCCN. He is the SI-IC sales team leader and also the SI-IC new project team leader. That means he is the key person in IC-SI area.He has to make sure all activities related with order receiving, monthly sales plan, yearly group plan, delivery in time, invoice to customers, receive new project from IC customers, build up project team in MCCN, cost calculation, offer prices to IC customers, create project timing plan and follow up till SOP. He report to MCCN Sales manager. Detail description:1) To be a IC sales engineer, he has to give order confirmation to IC customers (MHCN Shanghai, MHSG Singapore, MHKR Korea, MHDE speyer Germany) in 3-7days after receive orders from them.2) He has to make monthly sales plan and follow up with production and logistics to make sure all deliveries in time.3) He is responsible for getting yearly sales forecast from IC customers to create group sales plan.4) He is responsible for making monthly IC-SI sales report and send it to M+H SI headquarter speyer.5) He has to build up very good relationship with all IC customers in order to get better cooperation. 6) He needs to have very close contacts with all IC customers and try to find solutions in terms of any deliveries delay.7) He needs to support QA and PT in terms of quality or logistics complaints from IC customers.8) To be SI-IC project manager, he is the contact person for all IC customers to receive new projects.9) He is responsible to lead local project team, manage project timing plan according to all targets assigned during kick of meeting (quality, cost and timing). He is responsible to report on project profitability status to management.10) He is in charge to implement project management according to quality gates procedures and to report on these milestones during project steering committee review until Start of production.11) He is responsible of getting approval of new products price from management before offering prices to customers.12) He is responsible of negotiating with customers for prices issues and make compromise if necessary. 13) He is responsible to organize new samples release both internal MCCN and MHDE or release in customer if requested.14) He is responsible of organizing release failure technical analysis together with PT and QA, make action plan, organize second loop samples producing.15) He needs to support QA and PT to get technical support from MHDE German specialist if necessary. 16) He is responsible of organizing QA and PT members to release new product process and also relative technical document(incoming material inspection, working instruction, flow chart, PFMEA…..and so on), the aim is to prepare everything for mass production.17) He is responsible of preparing SI-IC project overview and participate regular project meeting.18) He is responsible to do preparation for IC customer visitors or final customer visitors. Main skills requestedAutomotive background from 5 years minimumPrevious experience in technical or sales or project management area.Engineering Knowledge (product and process) and understanding (drawings, technical data, etc) absolutely necessary.
